In this role, you will support current manufacturing initiatives. The focus of the role is to provide support for day-to-day operations and drive projects and initiatives that support the business plan associated with new product and process development efforts.
ENGINEERING MANAGER
Responsibilities include:
- Providing technical mentorship and project facilitation to support manufacturing and process development activities
- Communicating problems with foreign counterparts and engineer
- Identifying root cause of issues and introduce corrective/preventive measures to eliminate process problems
- Driving continuous-improvement activities for existing processes; Make efficient projects that are frequently of long duration, including considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions
- Planning, executing, and documenting product, process, and equipment validations within quality system requirements
- Maintaining and improving process specifications and documentation
- Conducting tests and inspections of products and processes to evaluate quality or performance
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Min.GPA: 3.0 from reputable University. (Concentration: mechanical, industrial, electrical)
- At least 5 years experience in a technical capacity, preferable in the mechanical/ manufacturing industry
- Able to use CAD, Auto CAD software and effectively work on Engineering software Programs
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc)
- Solid knowledge of engineering fundamentals and techniques, and the ability to apply this knowledge
- Ability to handle pressure
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
- Willingness to work in Subang, Jawa Barat
